About Me

With 13 years of international recruitment and executive search experience, I can help you achieve the result you are after.

I am best known for carving a niche out as an expert recruitment advisor to the Not for Profit and Charity sector, including the development of a successful recruitment firm and job board. On top of the NFP sector, I have successfully recruited and advised SLTs in sales, retail, industrial, engineering, transport, print and publishing, government, health, IT, accounting and finance, communications, marketing and education. 

As Practice Lead for the Sales, Marketing and Creative team with salt, my role is a hybrid of management duties of a high functioning team and frontline recruitment of primarily sales and marketing roles.

I have a huge passion for social media, technology, digital, branding and communications and incorporate these things into my own personal and professional development which then has a flow on effect for my contacts.

I am a passionate family man of six, mad keen kayak fisherman, hugely enthusiastic trail runner, amateur guitar player, story teller, lover of Central Otago Pinot Noir, certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and adventurous listener and collector of music. I am a kiwi at heart, Aucklander by birth and Ngati Awa / Ngati Porou through blood.
